Dr. Unger is the founder of Latin Health Group, a Costa Rica-based Medical Devices distributor with operations throughout Central America. Philip brings more than two decades of experience to the table, coupling experience in the pharmaceutical business with an established presence in the Medical Devices industry. As the director at Taté Medical, Philip is involved in strategic planning of the business, bringing his know-how and experience to empower Taté Medical to provide for its clients.  

Omer founded Taté Medical in 2015. Prior to his work at Taté Medical, Omer held several management positions in the Medical Devices industry, including  CEO of OHK Medical Devices, a global provider of orthopedic bloodless surgery products based in Haifa, Israel. Omer was first introduced to the Latin America markets, as managing director of Latin Health International, a San Jose, Costa Rica-based distribution organization with offices across Central America. Omer enjoys the study of Jewish Hassidic scriptures, as well as spending time as a father.

Shelomo manages the sales activities for Taté Medical in Ibero - America. Born & raised in Medellin, Colombia, Shelomo brings his experience in sales & marketing in Latin America, as well as his understanding of the needs of the Latin America clientele. Prior to his position with Taté Medical, Shelomo was Latin America sales manager for WPW, a precision tools manufacturer based in Northern Israel. Shelomo enjoys the study of the Babylonian Talmud, the quintessential Jewish scriptures, as well as spending time with his family. 

Michal, oversees all Administration coordination of the team. Michal is a hands on operations manager who makes sure everyone has a clear understanding of their role in the organization. During her free time, Michal enjoys spending time with her children, reading and writing in the field of philosophy of education. 

Andrea, is in charge of Administration & Operations with the team. Whether it be the global logistics or handling of the paperwork, Andrea is a hands on operations manager that provides local support during the day and transatlantic assistance after work hours.

She has more than twenty years of  experience in logistics and custom operations management

Andrea was born & raised in Colombia and is a new immigrant to Israel.

In her free time, Andrea likes to meet new people and has been exploring her new country.

In addition to sales, Yossi manages the implementation of new customer accounts and products. Offering support in any area necessary allowing for a successful transition. Whether it be product training, registration, or general complications, Yossi handles it all.

Before immigrating to Israel from New York, Yossi has held several positions in the automotive and real estate industries.

In his free time Yossi enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the Land of Israel and connecting with G-d through all of creation.

Dr. Inbar, MD, is an Israeli board-certified pediatric physician. Dr. Inbar has extensive hands-on training, practicing in the pediatric cardiac ICU, the pediatric ICU, the pediatric ER, and the department of pediatric medicine at the Safra Hospital for Children, part of the Sheba Medical Center in Israel, selected as one of the top 10 hospitals globally over the past 3 years*. As a physician practicing in the ICU, Dr. Inbar's invaluable contribution in the areas of product training & support provides our distributor partners with insight from the hospital frontline from one of the best medical institutions in the world.

Pinchus is a Life Sciences industry veteran, with experience working in product development and clinical supply chain management for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, & Schering-Plough. Pincus manages new product opportunities, and as a fluent Russian speaker, heads the Taté distribution network in Russian-speaking countries, introducing new products to the markets in Central Asia.  Pinchus holds an MBA from St. Thomas Aquinas College in New York and recently, together with his family immigrated to Israel from The United States.
